Terms and conditions of use

The general terms and conditions of the sale described in detail below govern the contractual relationship between the End User (customer) and VP Smart Price Massage Equipment, the registered address of which is: Miiiouli & Kavazoglou 4, Kolossi, Cyprus, established and operating in accordance with the Cypriot Business Act Chapter 113. Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general terms and conditions of sale are the only applicable terms and replace all other terms, except in the case of express prior written notification. You declare that, by confirming your order, you have unreservedly accepted the general terms of sale of our company and have read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are primarily intended to protect your rights as a valuable customer, as well as the rights of our business.

2. Orders

There are 3 different ways to order:

• Through the Internet Store at www.smartprice.com.cy (24 hours a day and 7 days a week)

• By e-mail: info@smartprice.com.cy

• By phone at +357 96845395 (domestic calls will be charged according to the local charge while the calls from abroad will bear the telephone charges of the corresponding foreign domestic provider)

Ordering process

• a. Select from the main menu the product category or subcategory from which you would like to buy products. When you find the product you are interested in, simply click the "In Cart" button on the right side of the item you want to buy. Your selection will be added automatically to your shopping cart.

• b. Next, you can continue with your purchases and add more products to your cart (same as the procedure described in 'a') or complete your order and choose how it will be delivered by pressing the 'Finish' . The Members Login page will open and if you are already a member of our online store, you just need to enter your username and password. If you are not already a member, you will be able to register again at this point.

• c. You can remove some of the products or all products from your shopping cart throughout the ordering process and before payment, by pressing the "Remove from Cart" button (x) next to each of the products that you chose for your basket. You can also add additional products or change the quantities of products in your shopping cart.

• d. Then you will be taken to a page where you will choose Send / Billing Address and then click the "Save and Continue" button.

• You can now proceed with your payment via PayPal or JCC (at the store). You will be transferred to the secure PayPal page and after your successful payment to the system, you will return to our website. You will then receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and the invoice for your payment.

• f. The system will store your order in the history of your account orders, where you will be able to review and control your current and past orders as often as you like.

3. Product Information

All products displayed on the smartprice.com.cy online store are properly tested and verified for their good and workable condition and are always in the right packaging as received directly from the manufacturer or reseller.

4. Removing / Undoing

You can remove some of the products or all products from your shopping cart throughout the ordering process and before you pay via PayPal or JCC by clicking on the "Remove From Cart" (x) button next to each one of the products you chose for your cart. You can also add additional products or change the quantities of products in your shopping cart.

5. Prices

The prices quoted on our website are in Euro and include all taxes but do not include delivery costs. The delivery cost will be calculated and presented to the Customer upon completion of the order and added to the receipt / invoice. If there is a clear price error (approximate to the relative purchase price) displayed on our site (a value that is clearly too low or too high) for any reason (computational error, human error, technical error, etc.), your order will be canceled even if it has been initially validated and the webmaster of the online store will contact you as soon as possible.

6. Availability

All orders will be executed as soon as the stock of products is available. In case of unavailability of the product inventory, we will contact you within 2 business days of the date of your order to let you know how long it will take until we are able to deliver the product.

If a product is not available at the time of the order, due to the end of its life cycle, one of the web shop managers will suggest an alternative product / solution that will be about the same price, quality and function. 7. Delivery

Products purchased from our online store can be delivered to all of Cyprus at the address you have specified when submitting your order. Please note that different shipping costs may apply depending on the final destination.

Selected carriers will ship their orders within 24 hours to. If you place your order before 10am, it will be able to proceed on the same day if the product of the order is readily available.

Please note that carriers do not deliver at the weekend, so orders placed on Friday afternoons will be delivered from next Monday, provided the order products are readily available.

Pickup - If you want to pick up your products from smartprice.com.cy, you'll need to pick it at the end of your order. Delivery times are in normal working days and hours. Smartprice.com.cy can not be held responsible for unsolicited orders of more than 15 days from the date of submission of the order.

Smartprice.com.cy will do everything in reasonable order to comply with the delivery times listed on the site. However, we can not be held responsible for the consequences of delayed delivery or packet loss due to the carrier or customer or due to an unforeseen event or natural disaster.

When you receive your order, we suggest you verify that you have picked up the ordered products and make sure you have signed the delivery slip. 8. Payment Security

Smartprice.com.cy today offers three payment methods via PayPal, JCC, and wire transfer.

When you pay with a credit card, your account is charged as soon as your order has been approved for execution by our account, and provided we have pre-approved your account. If there is not enough money, your order will not be executed and will be canceled. For online payments made using a credit card, the "SecureSocketLayer" (SSL) security system is used to encrypt your bank information online.

Your bank wire transfer payments will be processed when we receive the wire transfer. Upon receipt of the payment we will ship your products to you. Processing of off-line payments can take several days.

9. Guarantees and After-Sales Service

9.1 Legal Guarantees

The product-related terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and in particular the E-Commerce Act: L156 (I) / 2004 and Amendment Law: L97 (I) / 2007, while for any disputes are the Cypriot courts.

If the product does not work on delivery to the customer (DeadonArrival - DOA) it will be replaced immediately in each case. DOA products must be reported to our Technical Department immediately.

Irrespective of the legal safeguards in paragraph 11, smartprice.com.cy offers the opportunity to its customers to use the Service. Service rates are available on request.
